Learn to Fly Day is about sharing the joy of flight with everyone.  Learn to Fly Day is happening all over the country at participating flight schools, airports, and independent flight instructors so that YOU can learn more about the wonders of flying!

Learn to Fly Day is totally FREE.

Flight schools and other aviation organizations will host a variety of events including learn to fly seminars, tours of the schools and/or airport and even first flight experiences.  Call us at 800-399-6144 to add your location.

Even though Learn To Fly Day is free, we do suggest you obtain a free ticket to insure seating and so that the local aviation organization has the needed staffing on hand.  Plus, you will be automatically entered to win a free flying lesson from Pilot Journey! Find tickets for a location near you.

The Flight for the Human Spirit is a history making event that will take place starting April 4th and run through May 2010

The fact that this event is taking place before and after Learn to Fly Day will help make Learn to Fly Day more successful for everyone.

Michael Coombs will fly a light sport airplane almost 20,000 miles to all 50 states and land at more than 130 airports.  When he lands the Learn to Fly Day team will be contacting media which will bring attention to your flight school.

This will be used to share your Learn to Fly Day and will dramatically increase attendance for you.
